Lauren is a partner in Hartwell Law, LLC.  Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, business law, and intellectual property.  Prior to founding Hartwell Law, LLC, Lauren was an associate at Mikowski & Leonard, LLC, Richard Law Offices, PC and Fryer & O'Brien, LLC.

She received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law where she was was a co-chair of the intellectual property society, Federalist Society president, and Vice Chair of Finance for the Student Bar Association. During her time at Northeastern, Lauren completed internships at the Middlesex Juvenile Court with the Honorable Gwendolyn R. Tyre, Nantero, Inc., the MathWorks, and GTC Law Group. Additionally, Lauren participated in the Community Business Clinic and served as an Interviewing Advocate at the Domestic Violence Institute at the Boston Medical Center.

Prior to attending law school, Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and was a member of Order of Omega, Rho Lambda, and Mortar Board Honor Societies.
